A small discussion group now commonly used in advanced courses in universities. Usually, each student takes a turn at addressing a central question that is the focus of the discussion, conducts individual research, reports back to the class, and the mentor draws out the important lessons out of various comments (DeFleur, 2005, Merriam Webster, 2009).
