Collectivism
A belief where the welfare of the group is of more concern than the wants and needs of the individual.
For example, Earth Hour portrayed a collective view. For an hour, the individuals interests of having the lights on, watching TV, listening to music, was put aside for the collective good and awareness of Earth’s resources.
